Ginger Lemon Honey Tea


I occasionally have Ginger Lemon Honey tea for its health benefit. My friend introduced me to this tea when I had a cold a couple of years back. I have been loving the tea since. This beverage helps with gastrointestinal problems like nausea, vomiting and will aid in digestion. You can also use it as an immune booster and relieve congestion associated with common cold. 

Basically I made it by simmering sliced ginger for about 30 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in honey and fresh lemon. This magical combination is so delicious!
